CLINIC RATES DROUIN: (include GST – from Aug. 2011)

Rates are based on a unit price structure: rates are inclusive with GST: the unit rate is set and no part unit charge can be traded.

When considering an appointment consider how many units you desire.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NUMBER OF UNITS YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT FOR.

Example: If you book 2 units and only use 1 unit you will be charged for 2 units.

1 Unit	less than a minute to 15 minutes	$40.00
2 Units	1 minute to 30 minutes	$60.00.
3 Units	1 minute to 45 minutes	$ 90.00
4 Units	1 minute to 1 hour	$120.00
Each additional unit above 4 units is 15 minutes per unit and charged at $30 per unit.

First Appointment:

1 client 5 to 6 units $150 to $200 (approx.)

and or 2 to 3 clients 6 to 8 units $200 to $240

Follow-up Appointment:

Generally 1 unit depending on the issue: 1 client: 1 unit rate $40 More than 1 client 2 unit rate $60

The cost of MOBILE - INTERSTATE - INTERNATIONAL telephone calls will be the responsibility of the CLIENT.
